Generic corporate aesthetic

Built on WordPress, the site carries the typical baggage of a CMS that's trying to be everything to everyone. While not egregiously slow, it's certainly not zippy, hinting at the usual array of plugins and a theme that's probably doing too much. I bet the hydration payload is heavier than their multi-family residential projects.

The meta title tag is simply 'Home - Meyer', which is about as descriptive as a blank blueprint. For a firm with 'over 45 years in business' and 'national award-winning' status, you'd think they'd want to rank for something beyond their own name.

It's a masterclass in corporate platitudes. Every paragraph is a buzzword bingo card of 'passion,' 'innovation,' 'collaboration,' 'transformative spaces,' and 'human-centered design.' Someone grab the thesaurus, we're out of synonyms for 'good.'
